Covid-19 measures applied on hot air balloon tours;

All necessary protective equipment will be provided.
Social distance will be maintained in vehicles and hot air balloon area.
All customer touchpoints will be frequently disinfected.
To reduce crowds, the number of visitors is limited. One part in the balloon will be empty, this means there will be less 4-5 people in the total amount of guests.
There is no breakfast and champagne before and after the hot air balloon tour due to covid-19 measures.
Certificates will be given in vehicles after hot air balloon tour. The reason for this is to prevent crowding that may occur in a hot air balloon area.

We pick you up from your hotel and bring you to our breakfast area. We serve breakfast here (snacks) and then we go to take off area by our tour vehicles. You get on the balloon, stay in the air 60 minutes. (Due to the Covid-19, breakfast is no longer available before the hot air balloon.)
After landing we give you certificate, champagne party without alcohol. After the organisation finish, we drop you off to your hotel back. (Due to the Covid-19, celebration and champagne service is not available after the hot air balloon. Your certificates will be given to you in your tour vehicle.)
Standart balloons accommodate 16-20 passengers. Standard balloon ride is the most common balloon ride type in Cappadocia. Maximum 20 people in the same basket. (Due to covid-19, the number of people will be less.)

Not recommended for child aged under 6 years old.
Not recommended for participants with back problems or pregnant women.
Not wheelchair accessible.
Due to weather conditions if your balloon tour is cancelled you will be totally reimbursed.
